DEFINITION OF INFORMATION
You have an account within a LeadCrush service which lets you collect data regarding prospects and potential customers for your respective businesses. You either directly input this data, or collect it from various forms, funnel, ads etc.
WHAT INFORMATION WE GATHER
Personal Information: You might provide us with your contact information, whether through the use of our website or our services, a form on our website, an interaction with our sales or customer support team, or a response to one of our microsurvey/surveys.
Usage Information: Includes your interaction with our websites and services, the web pages you visit, what you click on, when you perform those actions, what is your language preference, and so on.
Environment: We collect information from the device and application you use while visiting our services. Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, system and performance information, and browser type.
If you are an Account Owner we will also collect:
Registration information: You need a Signup account before you can use LeadCrush services. When you register for an account, we collect your email address, password and your name, your Company, website on which you will use LeadCrush.
Billing information: If you make a payment to LeadCrush. LeadCrush use third party application "Stripe". The LeadCrush never store that information you enter in Stripe.
Personal Details: You can set various preferences and personal information on Personal Details page. For example, your phone number, department and designation.
USE OF GATHERED INFORMATION
The sole purpose of gathering this information is to assist the user in every way possible. This saves the user’s precious time and helps him/her gain maximum insight about the product.
LeadCrush wants to provide the best support to its valued customers. Customer feedback is extremely vital for the company.
The customer’s personal information allows LeadCrush to build a strong and sustainable relationship with its customers so that it can provide them with the best experience possible.
Different security measures are being applied to ensure the safety of your personal information.
LeadCrush uses the basic concept of cookies to store the customer's information solely for the purpose of his/her assistance, like, saving particular preferences, recalling the internet transactions or recognizing the browser. The customer, of course, can turn off cookies; however, LeadCrush services might not work in absence of these cookies. The customer can contact the customer support any time in order to clear any misconceptions.

Data Access, Correction, Deletion, and Opt Out
For current LeadCrush customers, you can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you that LeadCrush keeps on file by logging into your account to update your password and billing information. Alternately (for data subjects tracked by LeadCrush and for former LeadCrush customers), you can contact us directly at support@LeadCrush.com. We will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and handle it promptly and as required by law. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. If you wish to opt-out of being tracked by LeadCrush's analytics software, you can do so at Opt-out.
